Submission of complaints

Before submitting a complaint or returning the product, please refer to the following regulations and the procedure for lodging complaints and returns.

Returns and Complaints Regulations

  1. We accept complaints or returns within: from the date of receipt of the product
  2. Return shipping or complaints must be carried out by registered mail, products must be intact, refunds will be made then  within 10 working days, less shipping costs.
  3. Please do not send  COD returns, as we do not accept them.
  4. In the case of a complaint, please contact us by email within a maximum of 10 days from the date of dispatch.
  5. Complaint does not include the color difference of stickers.

Complaints should be filed by completing refund form on our website. The form should include the following data:

Returning the Product.

When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
The product should be sent to the following address:

Return payment.

It takes a maximum of 14 days from the return shipment to reach our warehouse. As soon as this happens, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
The form of reimbursement depends on the chosen payment method when placing the order.
