Submission of complaints
Before submitting a complaint or returning the product,
please refer to the following regulations and the procedure for lodging complaints and returns.
Returns and Complaints Regulations
- We accept complaints or returns within:
from the date of receipt of the product
- 10 business days, European Union countries
- 15 business days outside of the European Union
- Return shipping or complaints must be carried out by registered mail, products must be intact, refunds will be made then within 10 working days, less shipping costs.
- Please do not send COD returns, as we do not accept them.
- In the case of a complaint, please contact us by email within a maximum of 10 days from the date of dispatch.
- Complaint does not include the color difference of stickers.
Return / complaint form.
Complaints should be filed by completing
refund form on our website. The form should include the following data:
- first and last name
- order number
- e-mail address or correspondence address possibly telephone number
- indication of the product and description of the malfunction, date of purchase and statement of malfunction.
Returning the Product.
When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

It takes a maximum of 14 days from the return shipment to reach our warehouse. As soon as this happens, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
The form of reimbursement depends on the chosen payment method when placing the order.
