Complaints & returns
These are two different things, handled by two separate forms. File a return when you change your mind — the decals are untouched, you simply do not need them. File a complaint when something is wrong with the product itself.
- You have 14 days from delivery to submit a return request.
- Once the request is approved, the parcel must reach us within 14 days (European Union) or 30 days (outside the EU).
- The decals must be intact — not applied, not damaged.
- Send the parcel with tracking. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
- We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving and checking the parcel. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
You will receive the return address and further instructions after your request is approved — please do not send anything before that.
A complaint applies when the product is faulty: the print is damaged, the decal does not match the order, an item is missing from the set, or the parcel arrived damaged.
Before you report
Our decals are reproductions made today, and a few things are normal rather than faults:
- Shade — slight differences from a decades-old original are natural; the bike's paint and the light you view it in also play a part. A clearly different colour is a valid reason to report.
- Size — the tolerance is roughly 1–3 mm, depending on how large the decal is.
- Side — the left of the bike is the clutch-lever side, the right is the throttle side. Swapped sides are often mistaken for a decal that does not fit.
- Adhesion — in most cases surface preparation decides. See the application guide.
What we need
We assess reports from photographs, so photos are required. A close-up taken in daylight — ideally with the decal held against the bike — usually settles the matter straight away, with no further questions. Please also state clearly which decal is affected and what exactly is wrong.
What happens next
Every report is assessed individually. If the photos do not settle it, we will ask for more. We inform you of the decision by e-mail, and you can check the state of your case at any time using your report number.
