Terms and Conditions

Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed only via the website 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  2. Conclusion of the agreement takes place on order confirmation by the Seller. The Buyer receives an email with specified products and forms of payment.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to reject orders if the Buyer fails to transfer the required amount to the Seller's account within a prescribed period.
  4. Prices quoted by the Seller are in Euro, inclusive of VAT.
  5. The Buyer may cancel the purchase at any stage of placing the order.

Shipping & delivery

  1. The decals are shipped to the address specified in the order in a special protective packaging, by registered and priority mail.
  2. Delivery times vary for each order and depend on several factors. We try to fulfill orders within 5 days, but this is not always possible. We inform you about any changes or delays by e-mail. 
  3. The Buyer is informed of order status in a separate email.
  4. The order lead time is calculated as from the date of payment.
  5. The shipping fee depends on the country to which it will be sent and the value of the order. 

Complaints & returns

  1. Returns are accepted only within 10 business days from the date of receipt in Europe and within 20 days outside of Europe.
  2. The shipment of the return or complaint must take place by registered mail, and the stickers must be intact. The refund is then made within 10 working days of receiving the items in our warehouse.
    - The refund is reduced by the cost of shipping the order.
    - The amount of the refund from countries outside the European Union is reduced by the cost of customs fees. The customs fees depend on the value of the order, anyway they are not less than 30 euros.
    - Exchange rates from your credit card company also affect returns. Check your payment provider for more information and exchange rates.
  3. Please do not send faulty products on cash on delivery basis as we do not accept such.
  4. In case of complaints, please immediately contact us by e-mail within a maximum of 10 days from the date of shipment.
  5. Complaints do not cover colour differences.

Final provisions.

  1. The Customer agrees to the use of his/her personal data in order to complete the order.
  2. The Store reserves the right to amend the Regulations.
  3. The Customer placing an order accepts the terms and conditions of these Regulations.
