About decals general - FAQ

Our stickers are not an OEM product - Original Equipment Manufacturer. They are marked as "Aftermarket" it indicates that our stickers are part of the secondary market, and are typically not made at the same factory as an OEM products. However, our stickers are made with similar technology, so they do not depart from them in quality and are a good replacement for OEM stickers.

Yes, you can order the decals in any color. In this case it is best to contact us by e-mail to indicate the desired colors. We can also read the colors directly from the photos, so it is best to send us a photo of the decal.

The price usually does not change.

Please contact us with a description of the type, model, color and year of manufacture of the motorcycle. Add a photo if you have one. It is quite possible that we have or can make the motorcycle decals that you are looking for.

Yes, all our decals can be covered with clear coat. However, we recommend sticking stickers on painted surfaces and then painting them again. We do not recommend applying decals directly on the primer.

Decals may have a different shade because they are new, and those on your motorcycle, due to the atmospheric conditions, may already be slightly faded. We try to get the colors as close as possible to the originals, but to prevent visible differences, we also recommend replacing the decals that are directly next to the replaced decal.

Yes, we can make decals according to the customer's own design. In this case, contact us, the price and delivery time will be determined individually with the customer.

Yes. We work with both, stores and motorcycle workshops, and we have a special offer for that. Interested companies can contact us.

Our decals are of the highest quality, which is why we are one of the few in this industry to give a full 2-year guarantee on our decals. The warranty covers the quality, discoloration and durability of our decals. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, incorrect sticking or incorrect use of the decals.

Shipping of orders usually takes 3 to 5 business days within the European Union and 5 to 7 days outside the European Union.

No. You do not have to create an account in the store to make purchases. Simply enter contact details and shipping address.
Nevertheless, in-store registration provides easy access to orders and editing of contact details.

You can choose from the different payment methods available on our store. Please find below the list of available payment methods:

You can find details of these payment methods at the final step of checkout.

Of course. Purchased stickers can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After we have received the package, we will refund the amount paid minus the shipping costs.

If the status of your order is "Completed", it means that the order has been completed and sent to the address you specified when placing the order. Depending on the country, it may take a few days before the order is delivered. You can follow the shipping process by following your shipment.

After placing and paying for an order, an email confirmation will always be sent. If you have not received such confirmation, there may be several reasons, here they are:

  • 1. We recommend checking the "Spam" mailbox, it can sometimes end up there.
  • 2. There are also potential problems with the delivery of e-mail to the following addresses: hotmail, Outlook, live and others from Microsoft. If you have used such an email and you have not received an order confirmation from us, change or provide us with a different alternative email address.
  • 3. You have entered the email address incorrectly when placing the order. In this case you can change the e-mail address yourself by logging in to the customer account or providing this to us and we will make changes.

If it takes a few days, and by tracking your shipment, you can see that your shipment is still in one of the post offices. You must report this to us. We will file a complaint with the post office, after which the package usually arrives at the customer within a few days.

We ship orders to all countries in the world. For orders over € 75, shipping costs are free and for smaller orders € 6.50 to all countries of the world.
