Something wrong with your order? Enter your order number and the e-mail address you used when ordering, and we will show you which items you can report.

Choose "Damaged in transit" if the parcel or its contents arrived damaged — we handle those cases with the carrier.

Tick the items concerned and choose a quantity and a reason for each of them.

At least one photo is required — it is what lets us assess the problem.
